Product Introduction:

The zinc sulfate granulation production line uses a double-roller press granulator as its core granulation equipment. It utilizes the extrusion force of the double-roller granulator to compact zinc sulfate powder (with a diameter of ≤ 0.5 mm) into 3-25 mm granules via a spherical die. The main process steps include raw material screening, crushing, granulation, re-screening, and packaging. These processes convert zinc sulfate powder into granules suitable for storage, transportation, and application. Process parameters must be adjusted according to the moisture content and particle structure of the zinc sulfate to ensure granule hardness and stability.

1. Process and Equipment Selection:

    1.1 Raw Material Pretreatment

Crushing and Screening: A crusher is used to break up damp zinc sulfate clumps, which are then screened through a drum screen to obtain uniform powder (≤ 0.5 mm). A vertical crusher and a drum screen are employed for this stage.

    1.2 GranulationPelletizing Equipment Selection:

For zinc sulfate granule production, an extrusion forming machine—specifically a double-roller press granulator—is adopted. This is primarily because double-roller press granulators produce granules with higher strength and uniform particle size, making them more suitable for industrial mass production.

    1.3 Post-ProcessingScreening and Grading:

A drum screen separates broken and unqualified granules. Broken granules can be recycled, while qualified ones proceed to packaging.

Packaging: Finished granules are packaged and stored using automatic or semi-automatic packaging machines, with automatic metering and packaging machines typically selected based on requirements.

Production Process:

06. Drying: The granules with high humidity are reduced by the dryer to improve the strength and stability of the granules.
07. Cooling: The dried granules are cooled to reduce their temperature and prevent them from deforming or sticking during storage and packaging.
08. Screening: Remove too large or too small granules through the screening machine to ensure uniform granule size.
09. Packageing: The qualified granules are packed according to the specifications for easy transportation and storage.
